Dabob is open.The navy has lights at whitney point anda few other places.If they flash red you cant go across.And are supposed to shut your motor down while its flashing red.
I think if its flashing clear you can go where you want and if its yellow they are there but not using sonar.But be prepared cause it can change at any time.
If your in Quilcene bay its ok any time.Just from whitney Point to the point straight acrossthen the east side thats regulated
