Has anyone on an atkins diet tried the old brine to see if it actually takes you out of Ketosis? I was thinkinf of smoking up some pinks my old way and tryign it just to find out if I gained weight Been on and off Atkins ... Lost 83 lbs the first time, gained it back in 2 years.. on it again and 30 lbs down so far...
