Slip bobber set at 12-15 ft.....
Slow as you can troll.... Electric works best.
Black or Purple (or Black/purple) bucktail jig, no need for extra weight.

Good, pro-glo or ProCure shrimp (hot pink) and watch for the bobber to go down......
