I have had waterfront property on the sound it was nice watching my crab pots,ship traffic(etc) I live on a lake now and find myself enjoying it and using it more(swimming,fishing,sitting on the dock) hard to find good property on a river most of the stuff worth having is just as expensive as other waterfront which ever you choose it beats the h@ll out of looking out your window and seeing nothing but houses
