Well......Steel..69..it was like this....I was doing some housework.... bent over to pick up a load of laundry..... while watching Oprah......nah... kidding....haven't had too much of a chronic problem......I hope this isn't the sign of things to come...there's way too much hunting and fishin to do..Sounds like your back is pretty bad....That must suck when the runs are hot.....take care
