Take an 1141 and clip a 10lb downrigger ball to your swivel. Use a sliding swivel so the fish will not feel the weight. If this is not quite enough weight to get you ticking bottom then use a 15lb downrigger ball.

The bait of choice was eggs tipped with sand shrimp, a pink worm, a spin and glow, a corky and a spoon for a little added flash. The bite greatly increased after a small tuff of white yarn was added. (hint)

Visibility is not that great so use whatever pound leader you want.
