Well planned on fishing the Satsop, but with all the talk decided to stay home and do some good ol'winter BM. Hit the water at 8:00 and headed over to 4 mile. Fished waters from 40 to 150 ft. Fished deep and shallow. Between the kid and I we split 3 shakers a piece, all on lime green sqiuds with herring strip. Did the coyote spoon thing and no hits. By 12:15 we headed over to the mouth and came up on a huge seal downing <img border="0" alt="[eat]" title="" src="graemlins/eat.gif" /> a good size chum. So a few chums jumping around out there also. Worked the area for about an hour and only had a few good take downs. Talked to the fish counter at the launch and said it was very slow, no reports of a fish. Did talk to one guy at the lauch and said he lost one across from 4 mile.
