MasterCaster Returning Adult Registered: 05/09/03 Posts: 368 Loc: Florida	Was it possibly a retarded (oh, sorry.... Mentally challenged) person? I have had a couple of outings where a person like that (retarded) was yelling "Hi" "Hi" "Hi" to everyone that showed up, and a lot of people were showing up..... Just had to grin and bear it....
