Found a style of Mepps (literally on a log) I've never seen before that worked well before I lost it after the last high water- Size 4, solid metal body, french blade. Pink w/ green spots on the inside of the blade. Don't know the name of it or seen it in a store but its a Mepps.

It doesn't really matter to me as long as they flash, are the right size and have a siwash hook (not to mention that I'm on the cheap). Now's a good time to restock my supply at the well-known scissorbill fisheries- hanging up in trees, in the water hung up on rocks, logs and on the backs of spawned-out carcasses, usually with 50 yards of mono trailing behind.

PLease heed the advice of those postings above as my supply is pretty low! :p
