Go the distance and get the Berkley Cyclone.
If you manualy put line on a spinning reel start by laying the spool on it's side label up, crank on about 20-30 turns, drop tip if line twists up flip over if not fill away , you should be able to fill the rest of your reel from the side that does't twist. What your doing is taking the line off the spool the same way it was put on and this keeps it from twisting.
By the way I have the manual Berkley I'd sell for $15. Since I bought the Cyclone I don't need it anymore.
