You've got to be more careful about being racist! If less than 50% blood on the reservation is Native American, then what is the other part? Please, I am no fan of the reservation system and especially not their fishing practices, but .........
Go to any part of the world and find the same situation based on class and income and lack of education. How about certain parts of Shelton just down the road? Talk about unethical fishing habits!!!!!!!
