I can't get an answer from WDFW or ODFW either. It is purely a discretionary call. We have gotten many different answers from different agencies. I do know for a fact that 4 years ago, a guy I know from work got a ticket for fishing the Oregon side at night. He took it to court and the judge threw it out. The people that do not take the time to go to court lose their money. Oregon is anal retentive. They talk about not having enough money in their budget, can you say money maker for a night fishery! I would love to share a beer with ya. Gotta watch out for the Umatilla nazis!
