Remember last year when Bob posted the photos of the tribes drift netting on the OP on a river with the emergency closure signs? They were herding fish into the nets in real low water...remember? That is what I am getting at. We stop fishing to save the runs and they figure they have it all to themselves with their own set of rules which have nothing to do with conservation. It seems to me that some of the really smart guys on here could investigate the laws and prove that WDFW has alot more clout than they are willing to use with the tribes. Maybe we should include this angle in our debate?>
