If you are interested in storing your boat/trailer in Neah Bay, ask The Cape Motel/RV park. It's safer than Big Salmon or Snow Creek since it'll be hidden from the main road and your boat would be parked right next to the office that's attened by atleast one of the owners 24/7 all spring and summer long. I don't know prices but those folks at the Cape are very reputable and fair and run the best logding on that rez.

Drive all the way up there and don't make the last 20 miles to Neah. Hmm, mabye I'll make it a topic.
