Thanks, that was what I figured. I guess a person needs to check before every trip. I would rather see a hook and release fisheries than a total closure. Especially in the months of Feb/March, for natives. I do a hook and release throughout the year anyhow. I keep very few, more valualble alive than dead. You need to eat fish, buy farmed.
