What's the worse time that you have ever put a hook into you self or have seen happen to another fishermen?

I got a couple good stories of my own, but thought that it might be interesting to see how many other fishermen have gotten themselves hooked before. I have two to my record (pass the barb), what about you? There may some pretty funny stories to tell out there... now that the hook is out! laugh
