Take an old lure, paint chip, or anything with the color you want to a paint store. Many of them can not only mix you a batch but they can put it in an aerosol can. Or just take a pint and buy a cheap hobby airbrush setup. Fish dont care if the detail is airbrush perfect so aerosol cans are just fine.
