Anyone know of a license dealer anywhere from Seattle northward that sells fishing licenses and is open 24 hrs? Or, a dealer north of Lynnwood that opens SUPER early in the morning?

My father is flying in very early Sunday morning and I was trying to figure out how to get him a license and punchcard for the BM opener on Sunday, while still getting on the water at first light.
