I agree with you folks on what a turd (pun intended) this guy is but have to laugh seeing as millions of gallons of sewage and toxic pollutants are dumped every day into the sound by industry and gov't alike. Have any of you seen the map of discharge pipes in PS? Or know that they are 10ft in diameter and larger in some cases?
Look it up, not many realize that there are so many "Effluent" pipes in PS.......
