I am missing a ceramic or whatever it is made of (china? or Fuji ) part of one of the guides. The rest of the guide looks great and they want me to send the rod back for free repair.

Anyone sells the ceramic part? I can find the whole guide but not the ceramic! and the professional guys tell me it won't stick if you glue it on so I need to replace the whole guide and re-wrap, etc. I am being me and not listening and wondering why can't I super glue the damned thing. Don't they glue the ceramic at factory? The guide isn't coming out of the ground like that!

I have been bypassing the guide and the fish don't care. I have more than enough back up rods but this is one of my favorite rods and I don't want to send it in. They may steal my fancy reel seat and exchange it with the new crapy ones. :p

so my question is:
1- where can I buy the ceramic ring?
2- has anyone ever super glued one successfully?
