You're right on ET. There are some serious nuts out there looking for a reason to hurt or kill you. A cell phone and good directions are the best way to go. If possible, try and get a vehicle license or other type of ID on the individual. Be patient and stay away from the bad guy until the cops get there. That's what they get paid to do. And...don't create a situation where you may have to use deadly force to defend yourself..you have to live with that until you die.
