Go to any small stream (that open) cast a glowbug (pompom on a hook) with a little egg scent on them below a split shot....cutties love that and steelhead well eat it too along with whitefish....I have a small stream that in years past I would catch and release 10 to 20 a day, this year I think the flood wased alot away so I average 3 to 5
