And ALL the help we could give them would be to close the rivers and quite fishing for them.Including CnR harrasment and mortality.Just think what kinda statement that would be to the tribes.Not the statement the new WSR law makes that sportsman are killing less fish.But the statement that we are killing no fish at all.Now THAT would be a statement.
