My eyes just aren't what they used to be when it comes to seeing my line in low light conditions. I have tried numerous high vis lines over the years, and haven't found one that I would recommend.

Here's what I wish some manufacturer would come up with. How about a mono line that has a one foot long high vis section about every six to ten feet apart? That would allow a clear section of line to be easily tied to either the leader swivel or terminal gear, and yet allow the angler to track the line. I'm not sure how mono is made, but I suspect it is extruded in a long continuous strand. Any idea if a dye could be used (sprayed?) on the line at intervals? Just an idea. what
