Thanks for the link. Here is my professional opinion; this is not a flame or anything personal...

First, drop the Flash splash page. It is pointless and inhibits users from easily accessing information on your site.

Second, update your HTML. You are using depricated and archaic code (e.g. FONT tags, ALIGN attributes, etc..) and your code is a mess. Look long and hard at using CSS for proper style. Your forms are not well designed, and the site navigation seems to be an afterthought.

Third, your fonts are all over the place and are very inconsistant. Arial on one page, Times New Roman the next. A consistant look is crucial to make a website look professional, and right now the look isn't there.

Lastly, just because you can make animated GIFs doesn't mean you need to have them on every page. It isn't slick, it's garish.

Now before you get angry and/or defensive, I must say that it is a good first effort and can be made much better with just a little work. I'm even willing to lend a hand if you like. Drop me a line at ryan@yetiarts.com if you are interested.
