Concur with P. Martin on the skinny part. went out yesterday and it was too lumpy to fish the bars first thing in the morning so we ended up at Columbia beach with the other three die hards. Nothing going on there so we scooted out to Hat and fought the wind and tide untill I picked up a fiesty stinker that was just over the minimum and kinda skinny so it was released. Called it quits till Friday. Hopefully the wind will cooperate. Have seen some nice fish back at the docks so there are some nice ones around.
