I will have prawns left at closing time on sunday. Being open 3 days a week can't refreeze, so either family eats them or friends get them, but it is a big lose. Friends are happy family is happy but boss isn't. I have a coulpe ideas what to do with them need your imput. 1. Pickled prawns: have you tryed these if so any receipes (could try to get big mama jar from tavern) 2. Procure: these are caught in the Grays Harbor cayon at 700-1900' average 15 count per pound just tails, length 3-4'' are these too big for springers of steelhead how would I cure these.
