Twig Juvenille at Sea Registered: 02/27/03 Posts: 103 Loc: Portland	I've been a resident of Oregon and just recently moved to Washington in late 2003. I purchased my boat in Oregon back in 2002 when I lived there. The registration just expired so I went in to register the boat in Washington and was told that I would have to pay sales tax. This doesn't seem to make sense as I was a valid Oregnian at the time of sale... Has anybody else had this issue?
