Right in front of the Hat Island marins there is a sunken ship (maybe two, can't remember) in about 80-90 ft. of water that hold a lot of BIG lings. Take lots of gear with you because it's a snagfest. Sand dabs or sculpin work excellent there. I've also heard of a couple good sinks in front of Everett that hold a lot of lings but I've never fished them.

Still haven't tried the Narrows and I've lived down here now for 6+ years. I've gonna have to give that one a shot soon.
