Slowed way down, if you don't have top notch eggs or a few tricks in the bag you'll just be standing around. With the low water flows the fish have just been pounded to death... Think about it they come up river and stack in the hatchery hole or meathole and see 1000 baits a day.... They somewhat get sick of it.

Plus there aren't many fresh fish still coming, you'd have better luck finding a river that has some summer runs or late springers? I know the lower Kalama got a wad of summer fish the other night according to a friend of mine...
