Isn't that an oxymoron? Catching steelhead consistently?

I throw hardware for everything. Steelhead, salmon, trout, etc. Nothing like fishing for steelhead when it's 28 degrees and you have a inch thick layer of frozen egg juice on your hands and pants. It makes that ride home so much more enjoyable. \:D
