check the local seattletimes fishing report sections on thursdays and/or the Everett Herald outdoor reports section (wayne Kruse) near the end of August. there are 2 spots where you can catch silvers off the beach but i can't recall offhand the names. They're in the state park on the Island side of the bridge. Come Sept., the action should be hot. Buzz bombs on single barbless siwash hooks are the ticket i hear. Westbeach maybe ?
