Seacat Returning Adult Registered: 06/23/00 Posts: 363 Loc: Duvall, WA	Are the minus tides this week going to mess up the Rock Pile and the other areas for Halibut fishing this week? Or, are they still going to produce at slack anyway? Is the Boat Haven ramp able to launch a 20' boat with a zero tide? Anyone have a report from the derby? _________________________ Seacat
