People that give incomplete drift information which could kill someone are high on my list of not-nice folks. Here is my read, based on experience. If you are a kayak/raft expert, you could do the reservation boundary to the hatchery and you may live, but it won't be fun. I have done it solo in a Watermaster, but it was not easy. Watch water levels.
Hatchery to the bridge above outlet falls: I have not done it, due to slots not wide enough to fit a hard boat. The bridge to Lydl bridge is modrate, but rocks/sweepers could be a danger. Lydl to Stinson: the same - no huge water, but lots of potential sweepers and shallow water. Stinson down is about class 2+, but the channel changes and I suggest scouting blind corners. I think that a person or more dies in this river every year, but overall, it's a great float.
