Actually you don't want to debone fish. Sure, fellet the fish then trim of the ribs and membrane, but you don't want to take the small bones along the back out. When you take these bones out of an uncooked fish, it actually tears the fleash. Some people just take pliers and pull them out but often flesh comes with it. Just remove the bones as you eat, unless you really have to then just use needle-nosed pliers.
