another post states that the tribe will have up to 200 baots on the lake and below the lock. grampas provided a pic of the tribes baots at the locks already. how can you count the fish if you net them before the locks??? let the fisherman have a week on the lake and then let the tribes net. that would please a lot more people and being that nets are more productive it will still allow the tribes to supply safe way. 200 net boats no wonder i cant catch any cutt throat.
