Howdy Hawk, there are some newer digital cameras that come "water resistant" out of the box, but I have seen no camcorders that are water resistant. You can buy a housing for just about any camcorder that makes it water proof, they use them all the time for shooting surfing movies, etc..... They are around $200+ for the housing. Good luck!
