R Ridgeway Returning Adult Registered: 12/04/99 Posts: 286 Loc: Seattle	I refuse to target a fishery that is release only. Incidental mortality only lengthens the time it takes for a fishery to rebound to fishable levels. I feel the same way about steelhead runs.
