How many times does it take to get these people? There's something going on that's just not right which makes it possible for these idiots to even be on the water, much less to operate a commercial fishing vessel after so many offenses.

Is it loop holes in the laws governing these guys? "Good lawyers"? A combo of both? I just don't get it!

Like KerryS wonders, what if a recreational fisherman was caught poaching a dozen times. I doubt he'd be allowed anywhere near a fishery. As well he shouldn't.

I wonder what these guy's peers think about the situation. I can't imagine they're too proud of their fellow crabber. He essentially took money out of their pockets and made them look bad.

What do sportfishers get out of this type of deal? Shorter opennings and fewer limits I guess. We all take the hit in the end! \:\(
