hit possesion for a few hours sat. evening. No salmon but we did find huge schools of bait (sounder screen was black with bait) with birds all over the top and dog fish and sea lions chasing them from below. The dog fish were schooled up feeding right on the surface with 20 or 30 in a group thashing around. There were huge groups of birds surrounding these schools of feeding dog fish and several sea lions bobbing through the bunch. Pretty cool to see.
No salmon to the boat, but a beautiful evening for a cruise!
