Last Saturday we fished straight out from the bar (maybe a little bit south) in 200 feet of water and had some good king action. The charters were in 160 feet of water and got some silvers and smaller kings.

5 ft swells will be bumpy. Avoid the maximum ebb current by at least 1.5 hours and you *should* be fine. Check the conditions before you go.
