To get your photos the right size, use the standard microsoft picture manager (which is the default when you double-click a picture file). Select "Picture", and then "Resize". Under the resize settings select "predefined width/height" and choose "web small" (448x336). Save it, and upload. You can see the size it creates in my recent post, "Meadow Point beats EB".
