The tribes may not have a "commercial harvest "on game animals BUT they can harvest 3 deer & 2 elk per person in that family per our 1 deer & 1 elk ! on top of that any one in that family can harvest there animals for the other, they can hunt at night, and there has been cases of selling game and fish illegally.
