Starfish Returning Adult Registered: 02/19/04 Posts: 280 Loc: Richland, WA	I haven't seen any brown pelicans-- they're either threatened or endangered-- but there are a gazillion white pelicans on the upper Columbia and Yakima rivers. I didn't realize they weren't common on the west side.
