CHROME MANDINGA Egg Registered: 09/13/04 Posts: 4 Loc: portland	I am new to the area, but I have fished up here alot. I would like to explore southern washington, but I don't know where to start...any tips on rivers and times to fish for those winter steelies would be much appreciated.
