Chris, good point. I fish hootchies a lot and there is no reason one hook won't work as well. The two hook thing is insurance for a good set. Back in the good old days when keeping any fish was ok, that worked fine.

It can be a little maddening to release a nice fish. But, It is a good rule in my opinion and should be kept to help the future runs. Who wants to ruin a good fishing day with a big fat ticket?
