I did the same thing while running the Satsop a few years ago in my sled. We were high and dry on a bar at least 20 feet from the river. What me and my buddy did was find a big log-stick and after turning the boat back bow first towards the river, we levered it back inch by inch back into the water. Use the lever on the rear of the transom area. We were back on the river before any other boats saw us, (Laughed at us), funny thing was that when we got to the hot slot, there was a guide in the hole already. He was looking at us funny, because we had stripped down to our tee shirts in the freezing weather from all the manual labor.
