Special speaker, Kent Alger from Three Rivers Marine will discuss the techniques and nuances of catching coho in the rivers.

Kent Alger was raised in Yakima and has been a lifelong Washingtonian. He’s been fishing since five and started in the saltchuck at age seven. These days, he likes to focus his fishing attention on the area surrounding Whidbey Island. Bait Box, Shipwreck, Possession Bar and the Edmonds Oil Dock all have unique fishing conditions regarding underwater contours, tides and bait that require special techniques and skills. Kent will share with us those techniques that he’s found to be consistent producers.

He brings with him 10 years of experience in the Sport fishing Tackle Industry so he speaks with authority. Kent started his Tackle career at Ted’s Sports and is currently with Three Rivers Marine http://www.3riversmarine.com/.
