Son (pictured) and I launched at 4:00 and had our 4 fish by 6:00. Some big beautiful fish in the river right now. Been slamming them from 12 to 20 lbs. My 10 and 11 yr old sons even got in on the action after school the other day even though we only had an hour on the river. Pretty cool watching them make perfect presentations, hook-ups, fight, etc. They each landed a beautiful 12 lber each.

Been having great success on a number of different methods: pulling plugs, casting plugs, dick nites, eggs, corkies. Changing techniques a lot with their mood swings. Biggest element of success has been fishing to moving fish rather than holding fish. Looking for porpious jumps rather than big splashy jumps. Also and unusual been putting quite a bit of action on the dick nites on the retrieve. Heading out again tomorrow - I'll post a report.
