This is the latest in Ron Simms' misguided "vision" for the future. Huge dense population centers with thousands of housing units close to town and as in the Martin Luther King neighborhood, close to the illfated light rail line. The county is going against much of the constitution in terms of "taking" of land without due compensation and the lawsuits have already started. Once again King County invites lawsuits and will no doubt settle for mega millions of the taxpayers money...Big deal to Simms though since he will just propose more taxes....
